    Order came in quickly. Rings did not look the same as on the website, they are way more polished.
    Customer Service is virtually non-existent, Tungsten Jeweler does not answer ANY e-mail, nor can you reach Customer Service via their contact number.
    I need to send this back for a refund but my e-mails are being
    ignored completely.
