Shipping Policy

When do you ship my products ?

Once we receive your order, all credit cards are verified for security purposes. After the verification has been completed, we will process your order and ship your order within 24-48 hours on all items in-stock. If the credit card billing information cannot be verified, or if the items become out of stock at the time your order is received, we will contact you promptly to inform you.

What are my shipping charges?

Please refer to the rates below for the shipping options and costs.

All delivery times are business days, which excludes the Saturday, Sundays and major holidays; except for Saturday delivery requests. Also, the day of shipment does not count as part of delivery date (i.e. Order placed Friday, before 3PM with 2 day option would be delivered on Tuesday.)

30 Day Return Policy will accept returns only within 30 days from the day we ship your Merchandise. The jewelry must be returned in its original condition for a refund or exchange, and must not show signs of damage, wear or alteration to return jewelry.

We will only refund shipping charges if the wrong item was sent; otherwise shipping charges are non-refundable

Please inspect the Jewelry Merchandise immediately after delivery of the product. Any discovery of defects or problems with the Jewelry Merchandise must be reported before the usage of the Jewelry Merchandise and within 24 hours of delivery. Otherwise warranty coverage will cover the defects or malfunctions.

We do not accept returns and exchanges on special orders. We will confirm with you on all special orders before processing your order. Special orders are generally the items that are not on our site but the items were specially ordered for the customer. Due to logistics such as duty an handling charges, international orders do not qualify for return or exchanges unless there are problems with the watch within 24 hours of delivery of the watch. International orders are orders shipped beyond the United States borders.

Before sending your Jewelry Merchandise for return, please contact us at for return authorization number (RA). Once you have been issued an RA number, please send your Jewelry Merchandise back to at the address below.

Place the jewelry being returned, a copy of the invoice, and all the original packaging in the return package. Write the (RA) number on the outside of the package. A Return Merchandise Authorization is required for returns or exchanges.

Once your jewelry is received, it will be processed within 10 business days. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 15 business days of receiving your returned jewelry item. Once the adjustment has been made to your account, you will receive an email confirming the transaction.
